Chinese archery training program 2014

CHINESE ARCHERY TRAINING PROGRAM
Odum, Georgia, United States of America. February 15-17, 2014

Three days of intense, focused training in Traditional Chinese Archery. Supervised practice in Qing (Manchu) Archery based on the research of Peter Dekker and Ming Archery based on the research done by Jie Tan and Justin Ma. There will be several talks in the evenings and plenty of time for individual attention to fulfill any needs, be it in research, practice, or in reproducing traditional bows and arrows. ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME, including people who are learning thumb draw for the first time.

Registration:
Please make check for $90 out to "Jaap Koppedrayer" and mail to 3050 Ogden Loop, Odum, GA 31555. Registration helps pay for the program, logistics, 3 lunches and 2 dinners. After you have mailed the registration fee, please email Jaap Koppedrayer so that you can be added to the attendee mailing list and receive updates.

The closest airport is in Savannah, GA (SAV). We recommend finding a hotel in Jesup, GA such as Days Inn. If you are interested in carpooling, please contact Justin Ma with your travel itinerary so that he can help you get in touch with other carpoolers.
